Is this product safe to use during pregnancy?

Yes. The two ingredients that most doctors suggest avoiding in skincare products are retinol (vitamin A) and salicylic acid (BHA) and this product does not contain either of those ingredients. Of course, you'll want to consult with your doctor to confirm.
