Return Policy

There are no refunds, but you can return any product within 45 days (with your receipt) for an online credit to use the next time you shop with us. We have 55 products so if something is not working, we encourage you to try another product.

Will I get a refund for an item purchased as part of a BOGO, Bundle, or GWP promotion?
When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest-priced item, and then applied to each item proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items, your credit will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item. If you are returning an item purchased as part of a promotional bundle (not a kit), any discount will be allocated proportionally among all the items in the bundle, and your credit will equal the amount you paid for the item. All gifts with-purchase (GWP) items are final and cannot be exchanged. Gifts with purchase items are not eligible on orders placed before or after the promotion.

Carefully package your returned products. Be sure to include:

-Receipt (original or copy) - required

-Preferred email address

-Reason for your return (we appreciate feedback)
