- Vitamin C - Ascorbyl Palmitate - stable vitamin C to deliver skin brightening antioxidants.
- Lactic Acid - skin-smoothing, moisture barrier-repairing exfoliant.
- Glycolic Acid (AHA) - fast-acting exfoliant to lift away discoloration.
- Soybean Oil - Soy Phospholipids - enhance skin's natural brighteners.
- Sweet Almond Oil - Sweet Almond Seed Extract - moisturizing properties.

IN THE MORNING: Cleansing your skin in the morning and applying a moisturizer is essential to get glowing and healthy-looking skin.
- Step One: Cleanse with Moisture Protecting Cleanser. On damp skin, apply a nickel-size amount of gel, work through in circular motions and rinse well. Pat skin dry and immediately follow with next product.
- Step Two: Apply a thin layer (dime-size amount) of Skin Recovery Balm to entire face and neck.
- IN THE EVENING: It's important to wash your face and apply a lightweight lotion at night to remove a day's worth of oil, dirt and makeup. This will prepare your skin for optimal repair while you sleep.
- Step One: Cleanse with Moisture Protecting Cleanser. On damp skin, apply a nickel-size amount of gel, work through in circular motions and rinse well. Pat skin dry and immediately follow with next product.
- Step Two: Apply a thin layer (dime-size amount) of Pro Results Power Serum over entire face. A tingling sensation may or may not occur, but is not an indicator of product effectiveness. Wait 60 seconds and apply moisturizer. To avoid getting too much exfoliation, use this serum only every other night. On the alternate nights, just apply moisturizer after cleansing.
- Step Three: Apply a thin layer (dime-size amount) of Skin Recovery Balm to entire face and neck.

I did the questionnaire and was really happy to receive the basic kit. I used it as instructed and my skin broke out in spots and it also dried my skin to the point that is was flaking. I don't understand. I emailed you with my concerns about the serum and had no reply. So I cut the serum out and that didn't help either. I have had to stop using it all. An expensive mistake. I am glad I just tried the basic kit.

We always recommend performing a patch test with each new product before introducing it into your routine. Giving yourself 1-2 days between each new product addition is also a good idea. This way, should you have a negative experience, it will be easier to pinpoint the culprit!

I have just recently started using these 3 products about a week ago so my opinion on this review might change after a few weeks of using these products. Honestly, I am not sure about them yet nor am I confident that this will target my specific skin concerns. The most thing I struggle with is textured skin and literally ANYTHING can trigger my skin and will make it textured. My only means of helping these concerns is exfoliation and unfortunately I don’t think these products are doing the job done considering they DO have exfoliation properties that sound like they would really help my skin concern. I know it is too early to judge, but literally on the first week of using tretinoin my face looks so glassy, but the downside of this life-saving ingredient is that it peels your skin (which is how it HELPS your skin so it should peel) but peeling is crazy. You couldn’t go anywhere in public especially if you wear makeup like I do, you can see the peeling under ur makeup and it just looks like a hot mess. Although I love tretinoin, I wanted to try something else to avoid all the peeling and that could give me the same skin results as tretinoin would do✨. Yes I am judging early but I am paranoid with my new products because I have not seen a difference at all in my face compared to tretinoin where I’d see the first result in about 2-3 days within that first week of using it. It’s amazing. But other than that, I really love this product’s moisturizing crème, it is VERY warm and you…

Tretinoin, or retinoic acid, is the most active form of Vitamin A, which explains why it's so effective and why it has the potential to be so irritating. It's a very tiny molecule that penetrates very readily and is easily accepted by the skin. The other retinoids have larger molecules and require more conversions. The more conversions it requires, the "weaker" a retinoid is. To this day, tretinoin is still only available by prescription since it needs to be used carefully and precisely to manage potential side effects (you'll often see tretinoin creams at only 0.1% or less). Because the tretinoin caused your skin to peel, fresher, newer skin was being revealed by speeding up cell turnover and resurfacing the skin. This is why the results you were seeing were so dramatic. However, this is a side effect of retinol that could cause damage to your moisture barrier, adding a whole new slew of skin issues and concerns.
